I'm Austin Zhang. Funder and CEO of VEMIO Company.

After working in the automotive industry in Michigan for almost 8 years, I realized that many small and medium-sized US technology companies are facing tremendous scalability issues. Expensive manufacturing overhead and entry-level engineer training are the two main hurdles during expansion, so I decided to return to my hometown in China and fund this outsourcing startup to assist those in the US to grow. We strive to provide a one stop shop to meet all your engineering needs. With the improvement of internet speed and globalization, we believe virtual ​manufacturing management and engineering is now feasible.

Our startup is a 100% customer-focused company. We listen to your request carefully and will form an agile product team based on your needs. You will have one dedicated product owner (customer engineer) for communication. All of our customer engineers were exposed to international projects, so communication should work out smoothly.

Because of our excellent relationship with local engineering and manufacturing companies, we can quickly form a high-quality multi-discipline product team or locate manufacturing capacity for you. The product team can handle most of the activities in a product development cycle, which includes CAD modeling, GD&T drawing design, FEA simulation, prototyping, system validation, software development, supplier quality management, AI machine learning, and so on. Our manufacturing processing team will find the right facility for you, perform a strict quality inspection, and make suggestions for your design. We have access to CNC machining, laser cutting, cold forging, plastic molding, polishing, straightening, etc. If you have your own preferred outsourcing plant, we can send supplier quality engineers to save your trips.

Finally, we can produce OEM products or components based on your specification. If you do not have a clear requirement, we can assist you in the design process. Our network can produce consumer-grade electrical goods, PCBAs, automotive components, and so many more.
